A common first aid EMS gear pack for wounds and burns should have a disinfectant, cotton wipes, adhesive bandages, patch bandages, an antibiotic ointment and a painkiller.
You need all of these items at hand because the best way to approach a minor injury is to first clean the wound with running water (if available) and wipe with cotton using disinfectant. Antibiotic ointment goes on and around the wound, preferably with a cotton-tipped applicator or else with washed/disinfected hands.
In case of a minor burn, cool the burn as soon as possible with water, wipe clean with cotton and apply the ointment, followed by a bandage that covers the burn completely.
When traveling on the road, be sure to have EMT supplies and medicine for common ailments like cold, fever, acidity, motion sickness, allergy etc, in addition to what is listed above.
More lavish EMS gear include items like special bandages for knuckles, fingers, elbows and knees, trauma pads and eye pads, tweezers, safety pins and latex gloves. So what ever your EMS gear needs are, you can fill them all by visiting DIXIEEMS.COM
